The University of Granada has launched “The Voice of the Towers”, a five-episode audiovisual series developed within the framework of HERIT ADAPT.
Combining fiction, historical interpretation, and contemporary audiovisual storytelling, the series takes viewers on a journey through the medieval watchtower network of Poniente Granadino (Western Granada, Spain), revealing the stories, landscapes, and cultural heritage connected to these remarkable structures.
Through a creative and immersive approach, “The Voice of the Towers” highlights the value of cultural heritage as a driver for sustainable tourism, encouraging visitors to discover the territory in a more meaningful and respectful way.
The audiovisual series is part of HERIT-ADAPT’s commitment to promoting innovative approaches for heritage-based tourism, connecting local identity, historical knowledge, and new digital experiences.
