HERIT ADAPT showcased at Patras IQ 2026 Innovation Exhibition

HERIT ADAPT was showcased at the 9th Patras IQ – Innovation & Know-how Transfer Exhibition, held from 27 February to 1 March 2026 at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patras, Greece. As a key meeting point for the regional innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, Patras IQ brings together researchers, students, start-ups, companies, and public organizations to foster collaboration and support the transfer of research results to the market.

Patras IQ 2026 was co-organized by the Greek Ministry of Development and Investments, the Ministry of Education, the University of Patras, the Hellenic Open University, the Region of Western Greece, and the Achaia Chamber of Commerce, reflecting a shared commitment to smart regional development and innovation-driven growth.

Under the event’s motto “Inspiration – Knowledge – Collaboration – Networking – Innovation”, participants exchanged ideas, explored emerging technologies, and built new partnerships within the innovation community. With a diverse mix of visitors and exhibitors, and active engagement from academia, industry, and public institutions, Patras IQ fosters dialogue between research and the economy.

The exhibition featured a vibrant showcase of projects alongside a rich conference programme, including talks, innovation panels, start-up presentations, idea competitions, and networking activities. Visitors explored developments in areas such as digital technologies, green energy, biotechnology, health, agri-food innovation, and the circular economy.

Project partner ISI / ATHENA participated with its own stand, presenting a range of research initiatives and innovative projects. Among them, HERIT ADAPT was highlighted, showcasing the project’s objectives and its contribution to advancing digital technologies for cultural heritage, supporting tools and approaches for preservation, accessibility, and sustainable management of heritage assets. The event provided an excellent opportunity to increase HERIT ADAPT’s visibility, share ideas with the innovation community, and explore synergies and new collaborations.
